They operate under the guise of being helpful and trustworthy but quickly reveal their true nature as deceitful predators. Details: • In October 2024, I made a $5,000 down payment on a car that, unbeknownst to me, had been sitting on their lot for years. The car’s condition was concealed with trickery, including tampering with the check engine light to pass emissions temporarily. • When I attempted to get the emissions inspection required for a legal tag, I discovered the car was sabotaged. After informing the dealership and requesting a working car or my money back, they repossessed the vehicle the same day. • To add insult to injury, they repossessed the car while I was at the hospital visiting my father. This was mere hours after they assured me I could get a tag from the DMV. • The entire experience was heartless and cruel. Not only did they take the car, but they also left me stranded, forcing me to rely on Uber or public transit, regardless of the weather. Conclusion: Ride Today Auto Sales preys on their customers with no regard for ethics or humanity. They take your money, sell you unfit vehicles, and use repossession as retaliation when you rightfully complain.
